Every few months, BVU will highlight a local nonprofit member doing wonderful work in our community. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we spotlight Ezperanza, Inc. We are proud to partner with this great organization. Esperanza provides free mentoring, leadership training, and support to Hispanic students and families in Northeast Ohio.
In partnership with our Minority Pipeline Initiative (MPI) Task Force, BVU works to train, match, and elect people who represent diverse communities to nonprofit boards of directors. BVU encourages all business partners to nominate diverse candidates and invites individuals of color to learn more and fill out an interest form.
